The Leisure Activity Card (Fritidskortet)
The Leisure Activity Card (Fritidskortet) is a national financial support programme that helps children and young people take part in leisure activities such as culture, sports and outdoor recreation.
Important dates
Payment period: 22 September-7 October 2026
Autumn invoices sent: 16 October 2026
Any amount paid using Fritidskortet will automatically be deducted from your invoice.

Before you begin
- You and your child must be registered at the same address.
- You must be registered as the payer in Kulturskolan's guardian portal.
How to pay

Log in to the guardian portal using BankID

Select your child.

Click the purple box "Ansök om Fritidskort".

Next to your child's name, click "Ansök om Fritidskort" and then "Ansök".

You will be transferred to the Fritidskortet website. Log in with BankID and follow the instructions.

When you are finished, return to the guardian portal and check that the amount paid appears under Status. If no amount is shown, please contact kulturskolan@skovde.se.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay directly on the Fritidskortet website?
No. The application must be started through Kulturskolan's guardian portal.

What happens if Fritidskortet does not cover the full fee?
You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount.
